- "intimate gym": special gym to preserve the flexibility of inside and outside muscular. The intimate gym combining the different exercises of movements helps by blood supply of pelvic and intimate parts, helps the regeneration after different operations and after birth. It is an ideal shaping for ladies. It is recommended for pregnant, in case of incontinency and climax.
- Pilates: with the regular exercising a shaped body, strong abdomen, strong back, better upstanding, slight waist and balanced mental condition are to be expected.
