Free sport programs of our hotel (in the announced time):
- morning gym: the day starts fresh, comely and cheerful with a gym moving the whole body and warming up the muscles
- 5 Tibetan yoga exercises: source of youth. With conscious exercising of 5 rites become available the followings: reserving of youth, enhancing the vitality of the body and complex health preserving.
- water gym: exercises with special dumbbells on gymnastic bases in shallow water. While boosting the muscles it guarantees excellent enjoyment.
- spinal gym in water: special exercises in water which helps to prevent and heal spine and back problems in indulging but an effective manner
- Stretching: elasticity of the muscle defines the movement extension the pinching of that can result in very serious movement coordination problems in the daily life. Stretching has different functions in different ages. In case of young people it can result in high flexibility, springy muscles, in case of older people it prefers the more coordinated, easier movement. Sport animators of the hotel compiled personal stretching exercises according to the age and fit conditions
- Thera-Ball gym: the ever more popular ball gym makes possible an enjoying, variable and very effective movement. Exercises with the ball are appropriate to move the whole body and muscle groups and shaping the different parts of the body. Ball helps in correcting upstanding and enhances the flexibility of joints. Exercises are motivating, safe, but not straining therefore it is recommended for all ages at all level of training.
- Thera-Band gym: the bands with different strength are variously applied in movements. With the continuous stretching, loosening of the bands resistance increases and decreases therefore it is appropriate to set back the muscle balance, in rehabilitee and is very effective in body building and enhancing the fitness condition
- 3 /4wellness step: exercise to a music to 6 cadent involving step stairs. It compiles the harmony of body and soul calming the nervous system. It has typically an easy follow able choreography. The soft movements are muscular sparing and body shaping
- water aerobic: a rhythmic gym in shallow water to music. Coordinated arm and foot exercises taking into consideration the resistance of the water. It offers a pleasant relaxation
